• Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Phone numbers: yours (as an organizer) and your group members', used solely to send tee time SMS notifications
• Event data: tee time details, RSVP responses, and group member lists you create
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps, used to improve the Service

We use collected information to:

• Operate and provide the Service
• Send SMS notifications about tee time events to group members
• Authenticate your account and protect against fraud
• Respond to support inquiries
• Improve and develop new features

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Phone numbers collected for group members are used exclusively to send tee time event notifications via Twilio. We do not use these numbers for marketing. Members can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency depends on how many events your organizer creates. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase: database and authentication hosting
• Twilio: SMS delivery
• Railway / Vercel: application hosting and infrastructure

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event and RSVP data is retained to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and hashed passwords to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@loops.golf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
