By accessing or using Loops (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Loops is a golf group coordination tool that helps organizers schedule tee times and communicate with their groups via SMS. Features include event creation, RSVP management, and automated SMS notifications.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By providing a phone number and joining a group, you consent to receive SMS messages related to tee time events. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Reply HELP for assistance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to group members
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Loops. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tee time bookings facilitated through the Service will be honored by third-party golf courses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
